What the Holidays Mean to Us at Brannon Industrial Group

A festive garbage truck covered in bright Christmas lights.

As the holiday season approaches, it’s a time for reflection, celebration, and gratitude at Brannon Industrial Group. For us, this season is more than just festive decorations and gift-giving; it’s a chance to honor our core values, celebrate our team, and give back to the communities that mean so much to us.

Living Our Core Values

At BIG, our six core values—safety, relentlessness, coachable, customer first, loyalty, and integrity—guide us throughout the year, but they shine even brighter during the holidays. This is a season to emphasize the loyalty we have toward our team and customers, the relentless commitment to serving our communities, and the integrity we hold in every decision we make. Whether we’re ensuring safety at events or fostering a coachable spirit among our teams, these values form the foundation of everything we do.

Celebrating Together

Our annual Christmas party is a special moment for us to come together as a BIG family. We reflect on the year’s accomplishments, recognize outstanding team members, and simply enjoy each other’s company. With good food, laughter, and heartfelt conversations, the event is a reminder of the strong bonds we’ve built. It’s also an opportunity to share our gratitude with the people who help make BIG a success—our dedicated employees and their families.

Supporting Our Communities

The holiday season is also a time for giving back, and BIG is proud to participate in meaningful community events that bring joy and education to those around us. Here are a few ways we’ve stayed engaged this year:

  • Encouraging Future Generations: Emilio from BVR Waste & Recycling had the privilege of joining Brenham ISD ECLC students at Fireman’s Park for a fun and educational field trip. It’s inspiring to see young minds at work and be part of their learning journey.

  • Investing in Local Talent: As a proud sponsor of the Brenham Anglers High School fishing team, BIG is committed to supporting youth development through extracurricular activities that teach discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

  • Serving at Iconic Events: BVR Waste & Recycling and Stop and Go Potties provided essential trash and hygiene services at Kyle Field, ensuring fans could enjoy the big game in a clean and safe environment.

Through these and other initiatives, we’re reminded that the holidays are about sharing our resources and time to create a brighter future for our community.

Looking Ahead

As we close out another year, we’re incredibly grateful for the relationships we’ve built—with our team, customers, and community partners. The holidays remind us why we do what we do and energize us to carry our core values forward into the new year.

From all of us at Brannon Industrial Group, we wish you a safe and joyful holiday season filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections. Let’s continue to build a better tomorrow together.
